As Construction Managers, we:

Prepare reports on the project

  •  Prepare project progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks. Communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders and . 
  •  Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports; Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Requirements and skills. 
  •  Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status; Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones; Monitor and guide compliance 

Setting and agreeing budgets

  • Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines; 
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for the projects. 
  • Cost control and invoice review


Negotiate business services and union contracts

  •  Representing your company on matters such as business services and union contracts negotiation 
  •  Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to  completion
  •  Negotiate and explain the contracts to the owner and the rest of the team. 
  •  Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project 

Supervise the construction work on site

  •  Manage the execution of construction projects from beginning to completion and turnover
  • Cross coordination between disciplines on daily basis
  • Issue work permits to each subcontractor
  • Issue hot work permits and monitor safety performance of various crews

 

Dispatching subcontractors and equipment

  •  Facilitating weekly operations meetings. Coordinating equipment . 
  •  Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors;  
  •  Guide, Coordinate, and Direct Workers and Subcontractors 


Meet contractual conditions of performance

  •   Review the work progress on daily basis 
  •  Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Drive schedule to meet construction milestones and key deliverables
  • Monitor event of delay and document with supporting evidence


Facilitating site planning meetings

  • Collaborates with Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project 
  • Tracking company resource usage;
  • Identifying project risks and proposing solutions.
